About me

Allow me to say my USP is my colorful career; I am a multi industry experienced leader with excellent track record at several Fortune500 and record breaking results in starting and scaling business.

Achievements are more important than covering roles and holding leadership positions. Some of small success highlights of my career: I gained my first startup experience when I was 18 years old. This was followed by very exciting leadership experiences at amazing companies. I could win a $100 mln deal for the M&A boutique where I was working as Junior Consultant. I founded my own consultancy company the same day I left PwC where I was working with DAX30 companies. It was truly a great challenge as entrepreneur to start from the scratch and to acquire projects. After leading several international consulting projects I was privileged to be appointed as a CEO of a midsized medical devices company in Germany. The owner family said turn the lights off if you can't turnaround the company. I could successfully restructure the unprofitable company to a key player in a niche market and established business in 20 countries across EMEA within just 2 years. After this success story my path crossed with aviation industry. I got the opportunity to become the youngest Country CEO of Lufthansa Group companies. In this exciting period of five years I could out-perform a highly competitive and highly volatile market in a great collaboration with my team. Although the country experienced its most challenging years in its aviation history I could increase revenues and profitability, gain market share and establish new cooperations.I could sharpen my leadership skills with a leadership program at Harvard Business School. Then being recruited by Tesla as a country leader (E-2) to lead the market entry in Turkey, which was the most complex market Tesla entered, was exciting. The market entry preparation phase contained the business setup design, operational readiness such as 20+ service locations and establishing the entire supply chain. It was also exciting to put the fundament of evs in the country by collaborating with the government to structure the necessary regulations. The launch was the most successful market launch of Tesla and created the biggest sales hype with single product. I started the business from the scratch and could break a new company record in selling & delivering 12k+ cars with a small team, generated over $1 billion revenue, in the first year. Leading the hyper growth and having accomplished the quickest ramp up is invaluable. The journey started with 2 employees & one desk and climbed up very quickly to 100+ employees.     

These achievements have been crowned by several awards such as 40 UNDER 40.
